The Project
We have acted for these clients since the late 1990’s. All of their developments are located within the Kensington area where they specialise in the refurbishment of both Houses and Apartments.
Whilst the clients have a very good track record, they are non-domiciled in the UK for tax purposes and some lenders are uncomfortable about lending to clients with off shore structures.
Over the years we have helped our client to finance projects using a select few lenders who are prepared to lend to ‘off shore entities’ and in this case we secured funding at 60% of GDV.
