The Project
Located on the corner of Calvin and Jerome Streets in London E1, this site had not been built on since it was destroyed by a bomb in World War 2. Over the years it had been used for a variety of uses including a car park.
Our clients acquired this site in early 2015 and asked us to assist them in the procurement of both senior and mezzanine finance to the highest level of gearing possible.
We were able to source a total finance package of 70% of GDV which equated to 90% of cost.
The houses have been built to a very high specification throughout and as well as the outside space they each have full size basements with one being utilised as a recording studio.
