The Project

This project was located on the corner of Brick Lane & Grimsby Street in London E1.

Our client had acquired the former Shoreditch Station site and gained a planning consent to build 7 residential properties and 4 commercial units.

Funding was arranged with a well-known development lender at 60% of the Gross Development Value.

The project was very successful and all the residential units sold for prices higher than were expected with the commercial units retained for long term investment.
